Just a lone club runner entered a race of any note last weekend. Rachael Grout run the Faversham 10k completing the course in a personal best time of 48:55! Well done Rachael!

Incidentally, the Ashford park run taking place at Victoria Park every Saturday morning at 9am is still proving popular with club members. Last weekend Rob Carpenter finished 2nd in 18:47, Dean Bracken was 11th in 20:25 and Edward Rodger was 20th in 22:11!  Why not join them and give it a go!
