Steve Hickman was the only club member to run the Worthing 10k on Sunday 1st June and finished in a time of 50:10, his first recovery race back after a nasty trip in Kingswood! Also, a late reminder that it’s the Ashford leg of the East Kent Relays on Tuesday 10th June at Victoria Park. Please try to get there by 6:45 for a 7:30 start!
